Delivery Australia
Delivery times within Australia have mostly returned to normal with the exception of intermittent lock downs or extreme weather events. AusPost Regular Parcel Post and Couriers are delivering within 2-7 working days. Most orders on the east coast metro areas arrive within 2 days of shipping, while some regional areas may take up to a week. SA, WA and NT take 7-10 days.
We are happy to send to a parcel collect station if this is suitable, this is a free service offered by AusPost with over 400 locations Australia wide.
When placing an online order please include mobile number in checkout notes for ease of tracking and delivery. Allow authority to leave only if it is safe to do so.
We ship with Aramex (formerly Fastway) and AusPost. Your package must be signed for at the time of delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot change your shipping address or cancel the order. The courier is not able to ring you prior to delivery. If you're unsure if you'll be at home, we recommend shipping your order to your work address.
Some couriers offer pick ups from pop up stations located nearby if no one is home to sign for the parcel. If your parcel is left at a pop up station pick up instructions will be left at your home.
We ship our online orders out within 7 days.
Our freight charges start at $16 to ship a single cup. A large piece shipped alone is $25, while a large box containing multiple items will cost approximately $45 - $65 depending on the size, weight and location.
Delivery International
Aus Post has advised there are currently no restrictions to our international shipping destinations. Due to delays with standard freight we are now shipping all international orders express post or DHL.
International Express post delivery times with Australia Post at 1st August 2022:
New Zealand 5-8 days
Canada 10 - 20 days
United Kingdom 9-18 days
United States 7 - 12 days
Singapore 3-6 days
Europe 7 -15 days
We have found most international parcels are delivered in approx 7 days but delays can be experienced due to the ongoing global situation.
Couriers will no longer seek a signature but record the name of the deliveree and keep 2 metres from the door, if no one is home they advise they will follow the standard failed delivery card process.
If it is safe to give Authority to Leave for your parcel please do so.

International shipping is with DHL or Australia Post which is then freight forwarded to your home countries national postal service provider, ie in the US your parcel will be delivered by USPS. The tracking will be available for you once it arrives in the destination country.
Prices start at AUD$55 for a single mug, AUD$80 for two. Medium size vase less than 1.5 kg AUD$75, Large Vessel 3kg AUD$120
